About the blog: The focus of this blog is the federal judicial power. But anything broadly related to law is fair game.
About me: I am an associate professor of law at the University of Richmond School of Law. For more about my background, you can check out my faculty bio. While you are on UR Law’s website, please take the time to browse widely. UR is a great place to study law, and Richmond is a wonderful place to live.
